Do you have a situation that might require some outside assistance? Do you need guidance in navigating through the process of dividing up the personal property of an estate? Perhaps I can help.

I may be available to consult with a family on a personal basis in certain situations. This may be of particular interest to families where either of the following set of circumstances exist:

• There are difficult relationships involved within the family
• A time crunch exists for all the heirs.

Do you need assistance in just getting the home or property cleaned out and setup ready for the division process? Or, do you want help in overseeing the entire process?

Situations vary greatly, and therefore pricing for this service is calculated on an individual basis. Basically, the services involve consulting personally with an interested family to determine the elements of the process that would be most beneficial and helpful or needed,

This might prove to be very uncomplicated, or it could get more involved with setting up the overall organization. It might be handled at a distance, or it could require coming into a home to assist in the clean-out and sorting process. The distance away, length of time required and all related services particular to an individual situation would be determined in order to arrive at a precise quote. Each one is individual - just as each estate is unique and different.
